Carlos Anthony Mindreau

Carlos Anthony Mindreau was educated at the University of Florida, his formative years included work with Petersen and Martin Architects in Pompano Beach and later with Donald Singer Architect in Fort Lauderdale. During those early years, he spent several months under the tutelage of Mr. Paolo Soleri involved in the development of Acrosanti - an archaeology in the Arizona desert.

The experiences of the early years and his involvement with these notable architects clearly influenced him to establish his commitment to the development of high quality and design conscious architecture. Architecture with serious consideration to the details of construction, truth of materials, and close attention to the interests of the Client - jointly developing creative and cost effective solutions to the needs of the Project and bringing a true sense of ownership to the Client.

Fulvio Rottigni

Fulvio Rottigni, a native of Venice, Italy, is a Florida licensed Interior Designer.  Upon moving to the U.S. he began working with the prestigious yacht design firm Caliari Super Yachts, commuting between their Fort Lauderdale and Monaco offices. He graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and specialized in hi-end residential projects.  Since setting roots in Miami, he has collaborated in several projects where he honed his interior and architectural skills in the design of hi-rise condominiums, remodeling of historical buildings, exclusive retail franchise projects, restaurant design as well over 50,000SF “A” class corporate office design.
